With more than 34 years of consumer financial services experience, 30 of which are in management, there isn’t anything I can’t help you solve. I spent eight years in lending, overseeing other lenders. During this time, I sharpened my tools while expanding to oversee deposit and multi-bank management.
During my next 27 years of overseeing deposit and loan operations, I was fortunate enough to be exposed to every part of the banking operation. There really isn’t a place you can drop me and I won’t have an impact. My areas of specialty are leadership, operations management, team building, growth and motivation.
I have served on several boards and associations, and each time I have come out of the experience more fulfilled than when I started. I have been blessed to help:

During my off time, I enjoy family, projects and football. While I have my BS and MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, our loyalty lies with Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!). We often combine our football, family and fun times while we are in the kitchen preparing meals. I have enjoyed cooking for quite some time. I took formal cooking classes and I have been told that when my time in banking is over, the kitchen is the natural step. Fun Fact: I started cooking originally to teach our boys math: “hey guys, how many quarter cups make a cup and a half?!”
