To our valued First National Bank and Trust Co. customers and friends,
The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has created an unprecedented situation, outside of the United States and here at home, creating not only health concerns but disruption in most every aspect of our lives. The First National Bank and Trust Co. is closely monitoring the situation and understands the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing. We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
Here are the measures we have implemented internally in response to the COVID-19 situation:
- We wear masks and we ask you to do the same in our lobbies.
- We are keeping clean workspaces in our departments and bank offices, including our customer-facing equipment such as ATMs, drive-thru tubes, and night drop doors.
- We are postponing bank-sponsored networking events.
- We are prepared for our bankers to work remotely. Data security and privacy issues have been considered and addressed. Our customer’s safety is our top priority.
We strongly encourage you to use FNBT’s digital tools
Self-service banking gives you 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online or by using the FNBT Mobile app at your convenience. From there, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, and find an ATM and more.
If you haven’t enrolled in online access, it only takes a few minutes. Enroll now. If you don’t know how, give us a call.
Call if you need financial assistance. We also understand there may be instances where customers find themselves facing financial difficulties. FNBT is here to help, and we encourage customers who may be affected to reach out to our bankers to discuss how we might be of assistance.
Should you find yourself in need of assistance, please contact us.
Protect yourself and others
Finally, we ask that if you need to visit a department or bank office, but within the last 14 days have had flu-like symptoms, have traveled to countries that have a Level 2, Level 3, or higher Travel Health Notice by the CDC, or have taken a cruise, meet with our bankers by phone or email.
We are prepared. While no organization can anticipate every possible eventuality, we believe The First National Bank and Trust Co. is as prepared as is possible at this time. You can be sure that we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will adapt and amend our response as needed. Thank you for your confidence in FNBT. We will communicate further if the situation warrants and look forward to returning to business as usual soon.
