The First National Bank & Trust Co. (FNBT) is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Interested parties can review the data provided and print hard copies of documents as needed. FNBT can provide printed copies of these documents; however, please note we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses. To request printed copies of documents, please contact the CRA Program Office at the address at the bottom of this page.
Under the CRA, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1 of each year.
- All public comments received for the current year and the prior two calendar years.
- A copy of the Public Evaluation of the bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation.
- List of branch locations and branch servicing information including hours of operation.
- Branches opened or closed by the bank during the prior two calendar years, 2023 opened and closed, 2022 opened and closed, and 2021 opened and closed.
- A description of Personal Products & Services and Business Products & Services, available through FNBT.
- A list of fee schedules.

- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Notice (HDMA): The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data show the geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available online.
