What we are doing to protect our employees

Because we value the safety and health of the FNBT staff, we continue to restrict all non-essential in-person interactions with the public. This includes our customers, vendors and the community at large. We are following the recommendations by state and national authorities. Our preference is always to meet with you in person, but for now we feel this is the right decision to reduce the possible spread of the virus.

We are open for business, but it is not business as usual.  Since the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve encouraged our customers to use the FNBT Mobile App, online banking and telephone banking. Our bankers are available to assist should you need help in using any of these services. Call us at 405-224-2200. We will answer your call.

Our contingency plans allow us to continue serving our customer’s needs throughout this situation. Many of our bankers are working remotely. We use virtual meetings, we’ve suspended business travel, and we’re practicing social distancing.  These measures are in place to protect the health of our staff and our customers.

Additionally, to protect our people, we sanitize every surface in the bank several times a day. Anyone who is sick or has a family member who is sick (for any reason) is being encouraged to self-quarantine for 14 days. Anyone who feels he/she is at risk is encouraged to go home.

We wear masks in the bank, and we ask you to do the same.

Ensuring our customers have continued access to their accounts and credit is vital to a healthy community and economy.

We will continue to assess the situation and may extend or increase our levels of protection as we deem necessary and appropriate.

As always, thank you for allowing us to serve you. We appreciate your cooperation as we all work together to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
