How do I enroll for Business Online Banking?click to closeclick to open

We tailor your Business Online Banking service based on your company’s needs.  Please visit any of our bank locations and talk to one of our bank representatives so we can discuss what works best for you.

Once the agreement and service forms have been signed and received by our Treasury Services department, please allow approximately one week to get your login credentials.

Please call Electronic Banking at (405) 224-2200 x1162 and we will assist you. If you need to reset your password, enter your Company ID and User ID on the login screen, click “Continue” and then “Forgot your password?” on the next screen.

There are a few ways to have an account added.

  1. When you’re logged in to Business Online Banking, send us a secure message by clicking on Administration, Communications, Contact Us.
  2. Call our Treasury Services Specialists at (405) 224-2200 x1068 and we will assist you.
  3. Visit any of our bank locations and one of our bank representatives will submit your request.

Your account history begins accumulating after you have enrolled in Business Online Banking. The transaction history is stored for 18 months. If you opt to enroll in electronic statement delivery, these PDF statements are accessible for up to 16 months.

Yes! Sign up for Business Online Banking with ACH services and you can utilize the ACH network to make vendor or tax payments, collect money, and give your employees the added benefit of direct deposit. 

We support the following types of downloads: CSV (comma-separated value), PDF, QIF, and QuickBooks files. BAI is part of an advanced service and incurs an additional fee.

Yes! After logging on to Business Online banking, click the “Administration” tab and click on “Company Administration” from the dropdown menu. The Manage User page will appear then click on the “Create New User” link to set up individuals with their own unique login. You can entitle each user to the Business Online Banking service(s) and account(s).

Yes, you can have access to multiple companies within a single Business Online Banking access and even perform ACH origination from them.

You can set up alerts by clicking Administration, Communications, Manage Alerts. Turn on text message alerts by clicking the “Personal Preferences” link.

No, however, you can select the “More” button followed by selecting “Visit Website” and login to our website to see them.  Remember, you’ll be using the same username and password for Mobile and Online Banking services.
