Why are these locations closing?

More and more, our customers are using debit cards, online banking, and our mobile products. Because of
this, customer traffic at these locations has significantly decreased.

Is the bank selling?

No, The First National Bank & Trust Co. is not selling.

Are other First National Bank & Trust Company locations going to be digital-only? Will we have no physical locations to go to anymore?

No, the other bank locations are not closing. You will still be able to bank with us at any of our other FNBT
locations.

When is the last day the bank will be open?

More communication of the exact transition date will be sent out at a later date. As of right now, we
expect these transitions to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

What will happen to my accounts?

Your accounts will be accessible and available through any of our other First National Bank & Trust
Co. locations or through our digital banking features.

Can I still access my safe deposit box?

Your safe deposit box will need to be accessed and emptied at the closing location. Our bankers will be
ready to assist you in transferring your contents to another box at your nearest FNBT location.

How can I take care of my banking needs if I can’t visit my account officer in the bank?

Your accounts will still be accessible and available through any of our other First National Bank & Trust Co.
locations or through FNBT’s mobile and online banking options.

Is it possible to meet with my banker virtually?

Yes, please call 405-224-2200 to make these arrangements.

What digital services are available?

Personal and business online banking are available to customers 24/7.
