FNBT earns spot as one of the Top Workplaces in Oklahoma

The First National Bank & Trust Co. was named one of the Top Workplaces in Oklahoma for 2023 at a statewide event held at the well-known Criterion on Dec. 6.

Sponsored by The Oklahoman, this annual event showcases top companies in Oklahoma that create energy, opportunity and success for their employees. Representing the bank’s 160 employees, President & CEO John Gorton proudly gave credit to the dedicated hard-working individuals who make FNBT such a success.

“Our team of bankers are committed to our mission of customer success,” Gorton said, “and that’s why our customers are loyal. FNBT bankers were proud to end the evening hearing their name called for the final award of the night, the coveted Spirit Award. Teams are encouraged to show up in costume or matching attire and bring spirit to add to the celebration of earning their spot as one of Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces. Showing up in classy black-tie attire with party horns and spinning lights, the FNBT banker spirit was contagious throughout the event and earned FNBT the final spot on stage for the night.
