Vice-President, Regional Bank Manager
As The First National Bank and Trust Company Bank manager and vice-president of the Tuttle location, my responsibilities include day-to-day leadership and management mirroring the core values and mission of our organization. My daily goals are to coach, train, and develop staff in identifying, implementing, and maintaining sound banking practices and customer service. I believe leadership is empowering and contagious – this describes me best!
I have nearly 30 years of banking experience, starting my career in banking as a new account representative in Mangum, Oklahoma in 1992. I advanced through the ranks holding positions of teller, new account representative, sales/marketing director, supervisor, and bank manager.
My husband and I also ran a successful business for seven years. Business ownership gave me a unique perspective on banking. I can identify with our customers regarding the joys and challenges of being a business owner.
Serving others and God is a priority in my life. I have served in my local church for many years for the most part teaching and working with children. I have also served on numerous community and organizational boards including the Chamber of Commerce Board, Education Foundation Board, Lions Club, American Legion, Employee Stock Ownership Chairman, Marketing Committee, and Executive Committee.
My husband and I have been married for over 34 years and have four grown children and four precious grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, shopping, organizing, fishing and traveling, but my favorite is being a Grammy!I really enjoy serving others. I believe when I am serving others I am at my best. My goal is to provide not only great service but create a special and joyful banking experience. I have been called genuine and unique; I believe you will find this to be true.
